Sell It "AS-IS"

Losing a loved one is a sad and stressful time. There are so many issues to handle when someone passes away, let alone the mourning and grieving.

A house can be your loved one’s greatest asset, but it can also be a great burden

If you have been charged with the duty of selling a home, you have a lot of choices. You can sell the home the easy way (call me) or you can sell the home the hard way (call a Realtor).

If you decide to call a Realtor, that will be the first of many more phone calls.

If you have the time and energy, that’s fine. But if you are like most of us, you already have a busy life with more than enough tasks to complete each day.

Your new realtor will first have a listing agreement for you to sign. This will be the beginning of a mound of paperwork they are required to complete in order to sell a house.

Next, you will meet at the house where your new realtor will want to know when you will have the house cleaned out and ready for showings.

Finally, if the house needs of repairs or updating, your new realtor will ask you to take care of these items to make the house “move faster”. This means hiring contractors and paying for their services, hoping you will get this money back when the house sells.

If you decide to call EBH Properties, one call will take care of it all

We will gather some information over the phone and set up a convenient time to see the house. At that meeting we will inspect the house and present you with a firm written offer on the spot. If we come to an agreement the house is sold.

There are many advantages of using our service

• We charge no commissions or fees
• We will not ask you to clean out the house
• We will not ask you to make any repairs
• We can close as quick as 2 weeks or work with your timeline
• We handle all the paperwork and arrangements

I know this is a stressful and emotional time. We are here to make it a little easier on you and your family.

Sincerely,

Ed Rowell
